New Committee structures have been implemented this year following our recent renewal journey. Committees are grouped within 5 ministries with a coordinator serving as liaison with the Leadership Team. The Leadership Team also includes Chair, secretary, treasurer, Lead Pastor and an Elder Representative.

Committees within each ministry meet as the need arises:
Worship & Christian Education
Multicultural Ministry
Community Building
Operations Ministry

Elders meet regularly with the pastors to help give direction to the ministry of the church.

Hispanic community is lead by the Directiva and has two additional committees: Worship & Social Committees.

First Mennonite has representation on Mennonite Coalition for Refugee Support, Mennonite Disaster Service, House of Friendship Board as well as denominational conferences/groups.
